Installing an FTP-client

Generally you can use our service without utilizing an FTP-client. At My REBUS -> Upload we're providing you with a powerful file-managing tool inside your browser. However, sometimes it might make sense to install a local FTP-client, i.e. when you want to use advanced features, like automatic synchronization of your local project folder.

There are several free FTP-clients available on the internet, and they are all supported by REBUSfarm. Below we're describing the use of such a tool on the basis of "Total Commander", but steps are similar for all FTP-tools.

Download "Total Commader" from www.ghisler.com and install it.

• Launch the program "Total Commander" and click on the "FTP"-button. (1)
• Click on "New Connection". (2)
• Enter your login and password, use "rebusfarm.com" as your host. (3)
• Connect to your account by clicking "Connect". (4)
